Privacy Policy
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not submitted to this site. Sending the contact form submits your name, email, topic and message so the publisher can respond. Cloudflare provides hosting and the contact spam check. Your browser contacts challenges.cloudflare.com when the contact verification is used.
Contact information and service providers
The submitted message is sent by email, not stored in a site contact database. The receiving email provider stores correspondence. We do not sell personal information through this site or use contact submissions for advertising.
Cloudflare processes requests and security information while delivering the site. When Turnstile is enabled, it processes browser and connection signals to distinguish people from automated traffic. Its Turnstile Privacy Addendum describes those signals and how Cloudflare uses them.
This site uses no localStorage or calculator cookies to retain entries, and adds no analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting, challenge and email providers process their own security or correspondence data under their policies.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Use contact to ask about a message you submitted or request correction or deletion. Correspondence remains in the publisher’s email unless removed; the site does not promise an automatic retention period. Do not submit guest lists, children’s personal information, payment details or other sensitive personal information through the general contact form.
The publisher is AIXIS LLC. This policy describes the current site behavior; changes affecting collection or use will be reflected here.
This policy explains contact messages, calculator inputs, hosting and bot verification. The application adds no advertising or audience-analytics trackers. Cloudflare still processes the requests needed to deliver pages and verify the contact form, and the receiving email provider stores messages sent through that form.
It stores nothing in your browser. It runs no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind. The one third-party component is the spam check on the Contact page, described below.
The calculators run entirely inside your browser and the numbers you type into them are never transmitted anywhere. The single exception is the contact form: if you choose to send us a message, the name, email address, topic and message you type are emailed to us so we can reply.
What we collect, in full
- Cookies
- This site sets none. There is no consent banner because there is nothing of ours to consent to. The spam check on the Contact page is run by Cloudflare and covered by its own terms.
- Third-party embeds
- One, on the Contact page only: Cloudflare Turnstile. When the contact form loads, your browser contacts challenges.cloudflare.com to run a spam check, and Cloudflare processes that check under its own terms. The application embeds no outside fonts, maps or videos. Hosting still requires Cloudflare to process requests for every page; the contact-page challenge is a separate security interaction.
- Calculator inputs
- Processed in your browser and never sent to us or anyone else.
- Contact form
- Name, email, topic and message are emailed to us. They are not written to any database on this site.
- Server logs
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes requests and may log them for security and reliability as part of delivering the site.
Processors
Two, and only two. Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site, handles the outbound email from the contact form, and runs the Turnstile spam check on the Contact page. Our email provider receives and stores the messages you send through that form, in the same way any email you send us would be stored.
How long we keep a contact message
A message sits in our email like any other correspondence. If you would like yours deleted, ask through the contact form and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what personal information is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Because the only personal information we ever hold is a message you chose to send us, all three requests are handled the same way: ask through the contact form.
