Compare the date fee before the meal
The stated June–October Saturday fee is $8,500, against $5,000 on an ordinary Friday: a $3,500 difference before the separate $800 ceremony fee, food, bar or tent additions. May and November have a different schedule and Memorial Weekend exceptions. The 200-chair ceremony figure does not independently establish a 200-seat dinner plan.

Separate the meadow chairs from the dinner furniture
The hilltop ceremony and the barn meal need separate layouts. The ceremony description includes fourteen wooden benches for seventy people, with additional chairs for a larger gathering. Seventy places spread across fourteen benches works out to five per bench in that description; it does not establish the spacing appropriate for every guest.
Obtain a route from the arrival point to the meadow and identify which guests need another way up. Ask where the indoor or tented ceremony would put those same people if weather changes.
