Payment timing and entertainment are separate choices
- A standard Saturday-to-midweek difference is $2,000
- The early-payment discount does not create that weekday saving. The site includes tables and chairs for up to 200, two dressing rooms and covered 20-by-20-foot catering space with water.
Furniture inventory does not establish a larger approved guest count. The 30 minutes after music stops is the remaining venue-use interval.

- The furniture count alone does not establish occupancy or permission to increase the list by renting more chairs. The 20 by 20 foot catering prep space has hot and cold water and refrigeration, but the FAQ says no cooking is permitted inside the barn. Establish the caterer's preparation and service arrangement before treating the prep area as a full kitchen. The included rehearsal can last up to one hour; confirm the available day and access time directly.
