The package and bedrooms have separate payers

The advertised starting package divided by 100 is $349.95 per guest, not a quote for a different guest count. The 50-person intimate package is $19,995 and the 70-person version $28,995. Their $9,000 difference is not necessarily a per-extra-guest tariff: compare the complete packages and current proposal before extending the list.

The Grafton Inn’s own wedding information offers an exclusive weekend room block of up to 47 rooms, with guests paying for their accommodation. Its wedding events use the inn and grounds, including the Phelps Barn and Courtyard. Confirm the room block, the event locations and which guests will stay elsewhere before relying on a property-wide room total.

Coordinate bedrooms with the event timetable

For a Grafton Inn weekend, allocate overnight rooms before asking guests to book them. Record the households, the nights needed and any room-access requirements. Then compare the actual room block with the number attending dinner; the wedding guest count and the overnight guest count need not match.

A ceremony, dinner and farewell breakfast can use different settings and service periods. Ask which spaces are reserved for each gathering and whether other inn guests use any of the same routes. Give arriving guests a named meeting place rather than only the inn's street address.

If the ceremony is outside, the useful backup is a specific available room and seating arrangement. Confirm when that decision is made and who tells the caterer, musicians and rental team. A furniture move can affect the start of cocktails or dinner, so include it in the timetable before setting the final invitation time.
