Keep the dance floor in the seating calculation
A 140-person example leaves ten places below the stated Stowe Ballroom maximum, with its dance floor included in that description. Moving to a larger tent is a different booking and supplier arrangement. Confirm who contracts its flooring, lighting and installation, rather than interpreting the resort’s tent-company partnership as an included tent.

Compare a ballroom reservation with the tent contract
Stoweflake's facilities information distinguishes its indoor rooms from the tent-company partnerships. A proposal that reserves the Stowe Ballroom therefore needs its own dinner layout, while a proposed tent needs the supplier, installation dates and included equipment identified. A partnership statement alone does not establish which tent rental is in the price.
For a hypothetical 125 dinner guests, the published ballroom arrangement leaves twenty-five places below its 150-person figure, with the dance floor included. That difference is not an invitation to add twenty-five supplier tables or assume every other indoor room can serve as a backup. Ask how the meal, cocktail period and ceremony use the reserved rooms, whether any room must be reset and who performs that work.
