The Meadow requires a lift schedule and an indoor alternative. The Lodge at Lincoln Peak is described as three-quarters of a mile away; confirm the actual guest route rather than assuming adjacent bedrooms.

Guests either walk, shuttle or drive between the lodge and the party. The catering page lists rehearsal dinner and welcome reception options, from a plated dinner for close family to a barbecue-themed welcome for everyone.

Use the room-specific capacity for the wedding list
Sugarbush's Mountain View and Courtyard Room is listed for up to 250, Rumble's Bistro and Bar for up to 100, and Mt. Ellen for 50–150. Clay Brook Lawn is a ceremony option for up to 140. A 160-person reception therefore falls outside the stated Rumble's and Mt. Ellen limits, and a 160-person Clay Brook ceremony would also exceed its figure. It can still be within the larger reception room's limit.
The Mountaintop Meadow ceremony is reserved for Mountain View and Courtyard receptions and uses chairlift access. That connects the ceremony choice to a particular reception booking. Ask how guests board, when the last guests return and where the ceremony moves if the lift cannot operate. The lift schedule needs to be settled before setting the ceremony time on invitations.
For a smaller group of 80, several room sizes are possible, but the dining format and desired setting remain different. Compare a bistro proposal with the larger reception room using the same meal and bar hours. Keep lodging quantities separate from the resort's overall availability: request a room block for the households actually attending, with arrival and departure dates for each part of the weekend.
For a 130-person ceremony on Clay Brook Lawn, the nominal difference from its 140-person limit is ten. That same group exceeds Rumble's stated capacity by 30 but remains within the 150-person top end at Mt. Ellen. These examples compare published limits only; Sugarbush must confirm the actual room combination, furniture and dinner seating for the booked event.
